This is a very easy and quick way to cook fish. You'll be impressed by the flavour as well. The portion sizes are aimed at children.

Method
- Heat oven to 210°C
- Mix together flour, 5 spice, cumin and coriander
- Cut each fillet into 3 even pieces
- Lightly coat fish with spice mix
- Lay fish out on baking tray
- Bake for approximately 10 minutes or until just cooked
- ¼ cupwholemeal flour
- 1 tbspfive spice, ground
- 1 tspcumin, ground
- 1 tspcoriander, ground
- 280 ghoki fillets, thawed
