Method
- Heat oven to 210°C
- Mix together flour, 5 spice, cumin and coriander
- Cut each fillet into 3 even pieces
- Lightly coat fish with spice mix
- Lay fish out on baking tray
- Bake for approximately 10 minutes or until just cooked
