Spice rubbed baked hoki

This is a very easy and quick way to cook fish.  You'll be impressed by the flavour as well.  The portion sizes are aimed at children.

Method

  1. Heat oven to 210°C
  2. Mix together flour, 5 spice, cumin and coriander
  3. Cut each fillet into 3 even pieces
  4. Lightly coat fish with spice mix
  5. Lay fish out on baking tray
  6. Bake for approximately 10 minutes or until just cooked
