
Spicy fish and coleslaw sliders
Sliders, or small burgers, are popular these days in restaurants, bars and cafes as a small snack or light meal. They're also great for children as a complete meal.

Method
- Mix together the red and white cabbage with the mayonnaise and yoghurt
- Prepare the fish as per the Spice rubbed baked hoki recipe
- Cut the buns in half and heat in the oven until just warmed through
- Place one piece of fish in each slider along with coleslaw
