Sliders, or small burgers, are popular these days in restaurants, bars and cafes as a small snack or light meal. They're also great for children as a complete meal.

Method
Mix together the red and white cabbage with the mayonnaise and yoghurt
Prepare the fish as per the Spice rubbed baked hoki recipe
Cut the buns in half and heat in the oven until just warmed through
