Summer fruit salad with lite cream cheese

Fresh fruit simple and tasty, summer or winter seasonal fruit is perfect after dinner

Method

  1. Combine the strawberries, kiwifruit and nectarines in a bowl.
  2. Scatter with mint leaves and walnuts or pecans.
  3. Serve with a dollop of light cream cheese.

Tip

Winter version

1 orange, cut into bite size pieces
1 banana, cut into bite sized pieces
1 apple, peeled, cored and cut into bite sized pieces.
