This is a deliciously refreshing late summer fruit salad

Method steps:

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Serve straight away or leave to marinade for 30 minutes or overnight

  • Any stone fruits or fresh berries will work in this recipe, use what you have available or prefer.
  • Use frozen or canned berries if fresh are not availlable or affordable.
