
Tuna pasta salad
Here's a light and easy-to-prepare tuna pasta salad recipe. Make a batch for the week and eat it for lunch.

Method
- Fill a large pot with water and bring to the boil.
- Stir in the pasta, return to a boil. Leave uncovered, stirring occasionally until the pasta has cooked through.
- Drain and rinse the pasta in cold water.
- In a large bowl, mix cooked pasta with onion, lemon juice, capsicum, spring onion, cucumber and tuna.
- Toss lightly until throughly combined
Portions
Ensure portion sizes are appropriate for the age of the children. Serve half the amount for younger children or a smaller portion.
