Wholegrain muesli slice

Here's our moreish muesli slice recipe, not too sweet but still delicious.

Method

  1. Heat oven to 175°C
  2. Blend the dates, peanut butter and egg until a smooth paste
  3. In a mixing bowl mix together the paste with remaining ingredients
  4. Push into a lined slice tin 25x25cm
  5. Refrigerate until firm
  6. Remove from tin and cut into 25 portions
  7. Place on baking tray
  8. Bake for approximately 10 minutes or until slightly browned
