Infused water

Add a little flavour to water with some fruit, herbs or tasty vegetables. You can use still or sparkling water and any combination of flavours that suits.

Method:

Here’s a few great combinations:

  • lemon and cucumber
  • orange and thyme
  • strawberry and basil

Leave the sliced fruits, vegetables and herbs in the water for at least 30 minutes or overnight. Serve cold with ice.

Tips:

  • Use any other seasonal fruit like peaches, watermelon and blueberries.
  • Use frozen fruit like mango, strawberries or grapes.
  • Make a big jug next time you are hosting people at your place.
