Tofu and tahini dip

Silky smooth and full of flavour. Tahini dip is often made with yoghurt, this vegan version uses tofu instead.

Method

1. In a food processor blend all ingredients together until smooth.

This tahini dip is a great accompaniment to falafel, grilled meat dishes or some salads. Here’s a few ideas:
