Here’s a delicious Indian dish for your year 7 Food Technology classes.
Saagwala is an Indian dish usually made with cream, spinach and spices. This version doesn’t use cream making it healthier. Students learn to make the sauce and then choose to either add paneer (an Indian strained cheese) or cooked chicken. A dairy-free option is also included so that students with dairy intolerances can eat it too.
