Our communities are facing urgent and unique heart health challenges. Heart disease is New Zealand’s single biggest killer, claiming 6,000 lives each year, and more than 170,000 Kiwis currently live with heart disease.

We're committed to advancing vital research and delivering well-established heart health programmes. Our mission is to stop all people in New Zealand dying prematurely from heart disease and enable people with heart disease to live full lives.
