Veg-up pizza option 2 - Year 7 assignment

Option 2 of our veg-up pizza assignment uses a scone recipe for the base. Students learn about eating more vegetables by using them as a pizza topping.

This is a cooking assignment for level 2-4 year 7 students. Students will make a healthier pizza using seasonal vegetables and a scone-base made from scratch.

Throughout the assignment students will do the following key tasks:

  • Explore the food technology process
  • Work as a team
  • Manage their time
  • Evaluate their pizza
