Chocolate, fruit and nut truffles

These are a great little treat for when you want something sweet.  The kids will love them and your body will too.

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until it forms a slightly sticky ball
  2. Shape into balls approximately 20g each
  3. Keep refrigerated

Tip

Soak the dates in the orange juice to soften
