Tzatziki dip

This dip goes really well with a large variety of foods from grilled meats, fish, on curries or just with vegetable sticks and pita bread crisps

Method

  1. Place grated cucumber in a sieve and squeeze out as much liquid as possible
  2. Mix together strained cucumber with remaining ingredients and refrigerate until ready to serve
