This is the 2018 update to Eating for a healthy heart (which was previously titled 'A guide to heart healthy eating').

Key changes:

  • Includes the latest whole grains recommendations following our 'whole grains and heart health' evidence review.
  • Include more images to help communicate the nine steps to heart healthy eating.
  • Removal of statements relating to Omega-3 (fish oil) supplements following the July 2018 Cochrane Review showing lack of evidence for omega-3 supplements and a reduced risk of heart disease.
  • Cost: $1 per booklet
