Tomato ketchup

This is a tomato ketchup for all you T sauce lovers. It tastes great, costs less and will give any cafe or restaurant a point of difference.

Method

  1. Blend canned tomatoes until smooth
  2. Place all ingredients into a large pot and bring to a simmer
  3. Gently simmer until the sauce has reduced by almost half and has become thick
  4. Cool before serving

Makes 1.75kg

This sauce can be bottled according to safe bottling procedures or refrigerated.
